Antarctica "Return To Omma Dawn"  on my list of...

Antarctica "Return To Omma Dawn"

on my list of criminally unknown records, Antarctica's 81:03 is pretty fucking high on that list. released on a tiny indie label in the late 90s and made up of a buncha dudes from different emo & mathrock bands, Antarctica was a decade ahead of the what bands like Washed Out, DIIV, & Wild Nothing are doing now. Antarctica mixed electronica, shoegaze, and 80s dream pop influences with their post-rock roots and sounded like a combination of early New Order, Faith-era Cure, and Slowdive. if you can find this album then do yourself a favor and get it.
